NASA’s Orb1 Launch Visible in Albany
It’s not everyday you get to be able to see a rocket launch in the Capital Region. But according to NASA, we’ll have a chance to catch a glimpse of the launch. You can also watch it live on NASA TV and online at 1:07pm Eastern.
According to the graphic that @NASA tweeted a little while ago, we will be able to see the rocket at about 250 seconds after launch from a southerly direction. The rocket is being launched from a pad in Maryland and is a resupply mission for the International Space Station. So if you’re close to a south facing window or want to bundle up and go outside, I’m sure this will be a cool sight to see.
