Here we are in the year 2014. Crossgates Mall, for most of us, has always been a part of our lives. So lets take a trip in the YouTube time machine and see what it was like when this mall first opened. 

It wouldn’t be an 80’s promo without a prominent shot of Caldor. Also the newsreel voice and music is pretty great. It makes me miss the good old days of Crossgates.

Crossgates has gone through some major changes over the years, but it’s remarkable how much is still the same. Remember when the movies were on their own floor? How about KB Toys? Oh memories.
