Science Says Smelling Farts Is Good for You
According to many men and women who are smarter then me, smelling a fart is actually a good thing for your health. So guys, next time you “Dutch Oven” the significant other, you’re doing them a favor.
Basically, according to the report, the hydrogen sulfide, which is the gas your farts are made up of, help to prevent mitochondria damage. This means it could prevent disease or even cancer.
According to Dr. Mark Wood, a professor at the University of Exeter, said in a statement, “Although hydrogen sulfide gas is well known as a pungent, foul-smelling gas in rotten eggs and flatulence, it is naturally produced in the body and could in fact be a healthcare hero with significant implications for future therapies for a variety of diseases.”
So ladies, when we rip one in the car or when you walk in the bathroom and smell a ripe one, we’re actually helping to keep you healthy so we can spend as much of our lives together as we can, because we love you. You’re welcome.
