Eric “ET” Telesky is a guest in the Geek Cave and he brings and plays his Didgeridoo to start the show! Plus we do a beer taste test of something I picked up at the local Price Chopper.
Watching this video, I notice that I kind of look old. It could be because I just got back from Syracuse and the New York State Fair and I’m really tired. So obviously it’s a perfect time to sit back and relax and have a beer, right? Tonight’s beer is a shandy from Harpoon called Big Squeeze UFO, which stands for Unfiltered Offering. On a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being “HELL YEAH!”, he gave it a 7/8. I give it a 6/7.
Then we transition into a topic that is kind of non geeky, being prepared for an emergency. Eric brought his “Bug Out Bag” and shared some tips as well as giving us a brief look at what he has inside. If you don’t have a kit, look into getting one together. The Federal Emergency Management Agency has a site to help you build your own.
Also, I have a Beeradvocate profile now, so if you want to see what I’m doing and what I’m drinking, feel free to stop on by or leave me a message there.
