Warrick Davis Confirms He’s in Star Wars Episode 7 [VIDEO]
He’s been in a couple of Star Wars movies and some TV shows based on Star Wars, since Return of the Jedi, in which he played a precocious Ewok named Wicket. Now it’s been confirmed by Lucasfilm and Davis himself that he will also be in Star Wars Episode 7, which is in production right now in England. Watch the video announcement below!
Some of his other notable parts in Star Wars movies include W. Wald, the young Rodian friend of Anakin Skywalker and Weazel, one of the gamblers at the podrace on Tatoonie. Davis also had a cameo as a “Tatooine street trader”, and doubled as Yoda in some of his “walking” scenes in Episode I, The Phantom Menace.
Who he will play in the new movie hasn’t been released, but I have no doubt he’ll be spotted right away when he comes on the screen. In the mean time, check out this trailer for The Ewok Adventure. It wasn’t exactly the greatest Star Wars based movie, but hey, it was made for kids! Come on, dancing and fighting teddy bears? What did you expect, Jedi and Sith?
