Get a First Look at ‘DC’s Legends of Tomorrow’
With the success of the CW’s “Arrow” and “The Flash” they are continuing with a television universe that includes characters from those shows. Not just heroes, legends.
Just one day after we got our first look at “Supergirl” we now get a look at the highly anticipated “Legends of Tomorrow.” Both of these shows are the creation of Greg Berlanti, the man responsible for “Arrow” and “The Flash.” While Marvel continues to build upon their cinematic universe, DC dives deeper into the television universe.
So we likely won’t get Batman or Superman on TV, but this new team of heroes and anti-heroes might be their answer to Marvel’s big spoinoff plans for “Agents of SHIELD.” For those of you who missed that finale, *SPOILER* it looks like they’re setting up Secret Warriors. There, I said it.
So it looks like our theory of who Caity Lotz was playing was accurate. She’ll be playing Sara Lance, who was brought back to life, most likely by Malcolm Merlin who is probably trying to get back on everyone’s good side. This makes much more sense, since Laurel is the true Black Canary. We also get to see a tiny Ray Palmer, FINALLY!
But, we won’t get the see much more until 2016. Not sure if they mean fall 2016, or if this will be a mid season show that picks up in January. We’ll have to wait and see.
