Shark Week is FINALLY here!  The 29th annual television event on Discovery begins tonight at 8:00 PM.   To celebrate, Cold Stone ice cream has conjured up a shark-themed snack for us to devour tonight faster than a Great White takes down a seal.   Check out the two new flavors you can get tonight!

We’re mere hours away from the best week in television – SHARK WEEK!   If you’re looking for a snack to munch on tonight during the big Phelps VS. Shark showdown tonight at 8:00 PM on Discovery,  Cold Stone ice cream has created two shark-themed dishes for us.

Great White Bite – to go with the sea salt ice cream, you’ll have strawberries, a Graham cracker crust, but most importantly – gummy sharks.

Deep Sea Delight – sea salt ice cream again with a chocolate-filled cup, cake, strawberry puree, the Graham cracker crust, but this dish not only has the sweet gummy sharks, but also an edible Shark Week medallion made of chocolate.

Yes, please.  Both.  If you’re looking for the nearest Cold Stone, there is one in Stuyvesant Plaza (1475 Western Ave) here in the Capital Region.  If you’re not local, check out the Cold Stone store locator.   Just a warning – if you’re going to eat both dishes tonight during Shark Week, I think “you’re going to need a bigger …spoon.”
